Feb 14 (Reuters) - Pipeline operator Enbridge ( ENB )

reported a rise in its adjusted fourth-quarter profit on Friday,

on higher Mainline tolls and lower power costs.

The company posted an adjusted profit of C$5.13 billion

($3.62 billion) for the quarter ended December 31, compared with

C$4.1 billion a year earlier.
