Encore Capital Prices Upsized $500 Million Debt Offering

04:19 AM EDT, 09/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Encore Capital ( ECPG ) said Wednesday that it has priced an upsized offering of $500.0 million worth of 6.625% senior secured notes due 2031.

The offering was upsized from an original $400 million, the company said.

The company said it intends to use the proceeds from this offering to pay down other debt.
