07:56 AM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EnCore Energy (EU) said Tuesday its its Dewey Burdock ISR Uranium Project in South Dakota has been approved for inclusion in the Fast-41 Program by the US Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council.

Fast-41, named after Title 41 of the Fixing America's Surface Transportation Act, is a process for improving federal agency coordination and timeliness of environmental reviews for infrastructure projects, according to the US Permitting Council.
