07:20 AM EDT, 03/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Endeavor Group ( EDR ) has completed its sale of OpenBet to OB Global in a management buyout backed by Endeavor Chief Executive Ariel Emanuel and OpenBet executives including Chief Executive Jordan Levin, the companies said Monday.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Levin will retain his post at the online gambling platform, the companies said.

OpenBet plans to increase its Brazil presence and boost its position in the lottery sector, the companies said.

In a separate March 19 transaction, Endeavor said it agreed to sell IMG ARENA, its sports betting data business operating under OpenBet, to Sportradar ( SRAD ) in a deal expected to close in Q4, the companies said.
