Endeavor Starts Review for Potential Sale of Certain IMG Portfolio Assets

12:31 PM EDT, 10/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Endeavor Group ( EDR ) said Thursday that it has started a review for the potential sale of some event assets in its IMG portfolio.

This includes the Miami Open and Madrid Open tennis tournaments as well as Frieze, a platform for modern and contemporary art, the company said.

The review comes after Silver Lake's agreement in April to take Endeavor private, which includes options for selling certain businesses, but excludes TKO Group Holdings ( TKO ) and WME, the company said.

"No definitive timetable has been set for completion of this review process, and there is no assurance that the review will result in any specific action," the company added.
