06:13 AM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Endeavour Silver ( EXK ) late on Monday provided a construction progress update for its Terronera project in Mexico, which is in its final construction stages.

Wet commissioning is expected to start early in the second quarter, the company said. The crushing, grinding, flotation and tailing thickening circuits successfully ran to produce over two tonnes of concentrate. The upper platform process plant commissioning is well advanced and concentrate filter pre-commissioning has started. The tailing filter mechanical assembly was also completed.

The tailing storage facility main embankment has reached full height, and the underdrain piping with gravel cover has been installed and prepared for life of mine tailing placement. The first production stope has been mined and backfilled. Surface run-of-mine and crushed ore stockpiles have reached 40,000 tonnes.

The company is focused on completing the tailing filter electrical and mechanical installations and the pipeline connections between the upper and lower platforms.
