( EXK ) was at last look up 1.6% in US premarket Wednesday as it announced the completion of its prospectus offering announced on November 20, 2024 for the issuance of a total of 15.825 million common shares at a price of US$4.60 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of US$72.795 million.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds of the offering for the advancement of the Pitarrilla project in Durango State, Mexico and general working capital.

Meanwhile, the company has kept a Buy rating and US$5 price target at B.Riley, which is revising its estimates for Q4 and 2024 adjusted EBITDA from US$19.3 million to $4.8 million and from $58.5 million to $46.3 million, respectively, on revised guidance. B.Riley noted the Terronera mine is now 77% complete and "remains on pace" to commission in Q4.
