10:37 AM EDT, 07/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ENDRA Life Sciences ( NDRA ) filed a preliminary prospectus Wednesday for its planned offering of 15.7 million common shares and pre-funded warrants to purchase up to the same number of shares.

The company said it granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to about 2.4 million additional common shares. ENDRA will also issue underwriter warrants to purchase up to 628,000 common shares.

ENDRA said the pricing is yet to be determined with the underwriter.

Shares of ENDRA were down more than 15% in recent Wednesday trading.
