08:09 AM EDT, 04/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ENEOS Xplora USA said over the weekend that it paid $1.5 million to increase its stake in Helium Evolution ( HEEVF ) .

ENEOS acquired an additional 8.9 million units of Helium Evolution ( HEEVF ) at $0.17 apiece, bringing its stake to 14.2% on a non-diluted basis or 19.9% on a partially diluted basis, assuming the exercise of warrants. Before the transaction, ENEOS held a 6.8% stake on a non-diluted basis or 9.9% on a partially diluted basis, assuming the exercise of warrants.

Each unit acquired by ENEOS comprises one Helium Evolution ( HEEVF ) share and one-half of a warrant. ENEOS said it acquired the units for investment purposes.
