Enerflex Extends Maturity Date of US$800 Million Revolving Credit Facility by Three Years

07:15 AM EDT, 07/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Enerflex ( EFXT ) said it has amended its credit agreement for its US$800 Million syndicated secured revolving credit facility to extend the maturity date by three years.

The facility's maturity date is now July 11, 2028. As of March 31, the company has drawn US$117 million on the revolving credit facility.

Led by the Royal Bank of Canada as agent, Enerflex ( EFXT ) received renewed lending commitments from all syndicate members. The company also maintains a US$70 million unsecured credit facility with one of the lenders in the syndicate.

Enerflex ( EFXT ) will release its financial and operating results for the three months ended June 30 before the markets open on Aug. 7.
