07:06 AM EDT, 09/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Enerflex ( EFXT ) Tuesday said it appointed Paul E. Mahoney as its president, chief executive and director, effective Sept. 29.

The company said Preet S. Dhindsa, who served as interim CEO, will remain as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Enerflex ( EFXT ) and Joe Ladouceur, who served as interim CFO, will remain as vice president treasury, tax, and insurance.

Mahoney served as group president, production & automation technologies at ChampionX Corporation since 2018, and prior to that, he served as president, artificial lift at Dover Corporation.

Shares of the company closed up 1.1% to $14.8 on the Toronto Stock Exchange Monday.
