06:54 AM EDT, 10/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Energy Fuels ( UUUU ) , a U.S. producer of uranium, rare earths, and critical minerals, late Friday said it has closed an upsized offering of 0.75% convertible senior notes due 2031 for US$700 million.
The total amount includes the exercise in full by the initial purchasers of their option to purchase an additional $100 million of notes.
The capital raise strengthens the company's balance sheet and boosts its ability to accelerate its rare earth initiatives, including the expansion at the White Mesa Mill and Donald Project in Australia.
Goldman Sachs acted as sole book-running manager for the offering. Cantor acted as a lead manager and capped call coordinator. Morgan Stanley acted as a lead manager. BMO Capital Markets and Canaccord Genuity acted as co-managers.
Energy Fuels' ( UUUU ) share price at last look jumped 4.8% to $17.34 in U.S. pre-market trading Monday.
