Energy Services of America Unit Completes Rigney Digital Systems Acquisition

05:17 PM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Energy Services of America ( ESOA ) said late Tuesday its unit Nitro Construction Services has completed the acquisition of Rigney Digital Systems.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Rigney Digital, a HVAC control systems company, will remain a distinct operation within Nitro's business.

Shares of Energy Services of America ( ESOA ) were down 1.5% in after-hours trading.
