10:17 AM EDT, 09/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Energy Services of America ( ESOA ) said Thursday that its subsidiary, Nitro Construction Services, has agreed to acquire Rigney Digital Systems, an HVAC control systems company based in West Virginia.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Rigney Digital Systems will remain a distinct operation under the Nitro Construction family, Energy Services of America ( ESOA ) said.

Shares of the company were up 1.6% in recent Thursday trading.
