09:02 AM EDT, 08/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Energy Transfer ( ET ) said Friday that it has launched an underwritten secondary public offering of 38.8 million of its common units by selling unitholders, WTG Midstream and a Stonepeak affiliate.

The selling unitholders will receive all proceeds from the offering, while the company will not sell any common units or get any proceeds, Energy Transfer ( ET ) said.
