Enerpac Tool Fiscal Q3 Earnings Increase, Net Sales Decline; 2024 Sales Outlook Lowered -- Shares Fall After Hours

04:57 PM EDT, 06/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Enerpac Tool ( EPAC ) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings late Monday of $0.47 per diluted share, up from $0.39 a year earlier.

One analyst polled by Capital IQ expected $0.47.

Net sales for the quarter ended May 31 were $150.4 million, down from $156.3 million a year earlier.

One analyst surveyed by Capital IQ expected $153 million.

The company said it now expects fiscal 2024 net sales between $585 million and $590 million.

The previous guidance was net sales between $590 million and $605 million.

One analyst polled by Capital IQ expects $596 million.

The company's shares were falling past 9% in recent after-hours trading.
