EnGene Prices $130 Million Offering of Common Shares, Warrants

03:37 AM EST, 11/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EnGene ( ENGN ) said Thursday it priced an underwritten public offering of 12.6 million shares at $8.50 per share and pre-funded warrants to purchase 2.7 million shares at $8.4999 per warrant for total expected gross proceeds of $130 million.

The underwriters were granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 2.3 million additional shares.

Closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about Friday, subject to customary closing conditions, the company said.

Shares were 4.2% lower in premarket trade Thursday.
