Enghouse Systems Posts Q1 Earnings Beat, Even As Revs Miss; Dividend Raised

05:24 PM EDT, 03/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Enghouse Systems ( EGHSF ) , after trade Monday, reported higher fiscal first-quarter profit and revenue and raised its quarterly dividend.

The company earned C$21.9 million or C$0.40 per diluted share, in the period, up from $18.1 million or $0.33 per diluted share, a year ago. FactSet expected $0.37 per share.

Revenue for the quarter ended Jan. 31 stood at $124.0 million, up from $120.5 million a year prior but below a FactSet estimate at $126 million.

Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization fell to C$33.1 million from C$34.7 million in the year-ago quarter.

The board approved an increase of 15.4% in the company's quarterly dividend to $0.30 per common share, payable on May 30 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 16, the company said.
