11:03 AM EDT, 07/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Enhabit ( EHAB ) shareholder AREX Capital Management said Thursday that proxy advisory firm Glass Lewis has recommended voting for three of AREX's seven director candidates at the upcoming annual stockholders' meeting on July 25.

AREX said it owns a 4.9% stake in Enhabit ( EHAB ).

A Glass Lewis report said the election of Maxine Hochhauser, Mark Ohlendorf and Gregory Sheff "will facilitate the inclusion of fresh perspectives and relevant expertise," according to AREX.

AREX said it encourages Enhabit ( EHAB ) stockholders to vote for all seven of its director nominees at the meeting.

Neither Enhabit ( EHAB ) nor Glass Lewis immediately responded to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
