Eni Raises 2024 Dividend by 6%, Sets Stock Buyback Plan

11:25 AM EDT, 03/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Eni (E) said Thursday it has raised its 2024 dividend by more than 6% to 1 euro ($1.09) per share from 0.94 euros previously, paid in quarterly installments.

The company also set a stock buyback plan of 1.1 billion euros, Eni added.

The energy giant also said it expects overall net capital expenditures of 27 billion euros through 2027.

Shares of the company were down 3.1% in recent trading.
