07:20 AM EDT, 03/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Eni (E) said Tuesday it has signed a new five-year revolving credit facility worth 9 billion euros ($10.36 billion) revolving credit facility that can be extended by up to two years.
The company said the new facility finances its previous credit facilities of 6 billion euros and 3 billion euros signed in 2022 and 2023, respectively.
The credit line is backed by a syndicate of 28 global financial institutions, the company said.
Eni shares were nearly 3% higher in Tuesday premarket trading.
