09:24 AM EDT, 03/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Enlight Renewable Energy ( ENLT ) said Monday that its US subsidiary, Clenera, has secured $304 million in construction financing and term debt commitments for the Crimson Orchard solar and energy storage project in Idaho.

The Crimson Orchard project will have a solar power generation capacity of 120 megawatts and an energy storage capacity of 400 megawatt-hour, and is slated to reach commercial operation in H1 of 2027, Enlight said.

The project is expected to generate $27 million to $28 million in revenue and about $20 million to $21 million in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization in its first year of operation, the company said.

Crimson Orchard is backed by a 20-year busbar solar power purchase agreement and a 20-year energy storage tolling agreement with Idaho Power, the company said.

Shares of Enlight Renewable were up 4% in Monday premarket activity.
