EnLink Midstream to Redeem Series C Preferred Units

04:21 AM EDT, 09/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- EnLink Midstream ( ENLC ) said late Tuesday its subsidiary, EnLink Midstream Partners would redeem all of its 6% series C preferred units on Sept. 17.

The redemption price is set at $1,008.28 per unit, including unpaid accumulated and distributions.

The company said it plans to fund the redemption using its revolving credit facility.
