06:39 AM EDT, 06/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Enliven Therapeutics ( ELVN ) said Friday it launched a public offering of $200 million of shares and pre-funded warrants to purchase shares.

Enliven said it plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $30 million of additional shares.

The company's shares were down 2.3% in recent premarket activity.
