08:47 AM EDT, 07/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Enova International ( ENVA ) said Monday it plans to sell $400 million in senior notes due 2029 in a private offering.

Proceeds from the sale will be used to fund a tender offer for Enova's ( ENVA ) 8.500% senior notes due 2025 and for general corporate purposes the company said.

Enova ( ENVA ) shares were down 0.5% in Monday premarket activity.
