Enovix Board Approves $60 Million Buyback Program; Shares Up Pre-Bell

08:49 AM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Enovix ( ENVX ) said Wednesday its board approved a $60 million share repurchase program.

The buyback authorization is effective from June 30, and any unused capacity will expire on December 31, 2026, the company said.

Shares were 2.5% higher in recent premarket activity.
