12:50 PM EDT, 05/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Enphase Energy ( ENPH ) shares were up 5.9% in recent trading Friday, a day after the company said in a regulatory filing that Chief Financial Officer Mandy Yang acquired 4,000 shares.

The additional shares were acquired in three transactions at prices ranging from $103 per share to $104.99, according to the filing submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Yang now directly owns about 63,000 shares of Enphase Energy ( ENPH ), the company added.
