Enpro Closes $450 Million Senior Notes Offering

04:52 PM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Enpro ( NPO ) completed its offering of $450 million in 6.125% senior notes due June 1, 2033.

A portion of the proceeds will be to redeem all outstanding 5.75% senior notes due 2026 on June 12, the company said Thursday in a statement.

Enpro ( NPO ) shares rose 2.9% in after-hours trading.
