Enpro Industries' Q2 Adjusted Earnings Rise, Net Sales Decline; 2024 Guidance Revised

08:57 AM EDT, 08/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Enpro ( NPO ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $2.08 per diluted share, up from $1.83 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.85.

Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $271.9 million. compared with $276.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ estimated $270.9 million.

For the full year, EnPro Industries now expects adjusted EPS of $7.00 to $7.60, from the previous range of $7.00 to $7.80. Revenue for the year is expected to be flat, compared with the prior forecast of low-to-mid single-digit growth, the company said.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect EPS of $7.39 on revenue of $1.09 billion.
