Ensign Group Acquires 8 Assisted-Living Facilities in California

08:17 AM EDT, 08/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ensign Group ( ENSG ) said Monday it has acquired the operations at eight assisted-living facilities in California.

This includes the Courtyard Health Care Center, the Pacific Gardens Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, the Vintage Faire Residential, the Vintage Faire Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, the Arbor Place, the Arbor Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, the Turlock Residential, and the Turlock Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

Ensign said the acquisitions were subject to new triple net lease arrangements with affiliates of CareTrust REIT ( CTRE ) and International Equity Partners.
