Ensign Group Acquires Nursing, Senior Living Facilities in Washington

10:19 AM EDT, 04/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ensign Group ( ENSG ) said Wednesday units of its real estate company Standard Bearer Healthcare REIT purchased the real estate of Emilie Court Assisted Living, a 60-unit facility in Spokane, Washington, and Mother Joseph Care Center, a 152-bed skilled nursing facility in Olympia, Washington, which will be leased to third-party operators.

Financial terms were not disclosed for the transactions.

Following the transactions, effective April 1, Ensign said it operates 343 healthcare facilities across 17 states, and that its subsidiaries, including Standard Bearer, now own 143 properties.
