07:17 AM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- The Ensign Group ( ENSG ) said Wednesday its Standard Bearer Healthcare unit has purchased the real estate and operations of Boise, Idaho-based Timber Springs Transitional Care skilled nursing facility.

Standard Bearer Healthcare has also bought the real estate to Duncanville, Texas-based Duncanville Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center skilled nursing facility, Ensign Group ( ENSG ) said.

The Idaho facility will be operated by an Ensign-affiliated tenant, while the Texas site will be run by a third-party operator and is subject to a triple-net lease, the company added.
