Ensign Group Acquires Two Nursing Facilities in Nebraska

06:48 AM EDT, 10/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ensign Group ( ENSG ) said Wednesday that it had acquired two nursing facilities in Norfolk, Nebraska, effective Oct. 1.

The acquisition includes St. Joseph Rehabilitation and Care Center, an 83-bed skilled nursing facility, and Skyview Villa Assisted Living, a 20-bed assisted living facility.

Ensign said it made the acquisition through a unit of Standard Bearer Healthcare REIT, Ensign's real estate company.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
