06:30 AM EST, 02/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ensign Group ( ENSG ) said Monday that it has acquired the real estate and operations of Mesquite Post Acute Care, a 120-bed nursing facility located in Lubbock, Texas, starting Feb. 1.

The company also exercised a purchase option to acquire the real estate of several other Texas nursing homes, starting Jan. 1, 2025.

They include 190-bed skilled nursing facility in Rockwall, a 126-bed skilled nursing facility in Waxahachie,, a 150-bed skilled nursing facility located in Rowlett, Texas, and 112 skilled nursing beds and 36 assisted living units in Wills Point.

Financial terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.
