04:42 PM EDT, 06/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ensign Group ( ENSG ) said late Friday that its executive chairman and board member, Christopher Christensen, plans to retire, starting September 1.

Chief executive officer Barry R. Port will assume an expanded role as board chair in September, according to a statement.

The company said it also named Marivic Uychiat as a board member, filling the vacancy on the board created by Christensen's retirement.
