Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.78.

Net sales for the quarter ended Sept. 28 were $807.7 million, compared with $888.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $832.4 million.

The company said it expects Q4 non-GAAP EPS of $0.75 to $0.82 and $810 million to $840 million in sales. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $0.95 in adjusted EPS on revenue of $878.8 million.
