08:42 AM EST, 11/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Entero Therapeutics ( ENTO ) said Friday that it will change its name to GridAI Technologies and trade on Nasdaq under the new ticker symbol GRDX, effective Monday.

The name change follows its acquisition of GRID AI, an artificial intelligence-powered utility management software company, Entero said.

The biopharmaceutical company said it will continue its existing operations and operate GRID AI as a subsidiary, focusing on AI and energy infrastructure.

Shares of the company were up more than 5% in recent premarket activity Friday.
