Enterprise Group Renews Its Normal -Course Issuer Bid

02:08 PM EDT, 03/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Enterprise Group ( ETOLF ) on Monday said the Toronto Stock Exchange accepted its notice of intention to renew its normal course issuer bid (NCIB) to buy back and cancel up to 5.8-million shares over the next 12 months.

Th allowed amount is 10% of its public float as of March 20.

The NCIB takes effect on April 2 and runs for 12 months.

Under its expiring NCIB, Enterprise Group ( ETOLF ) repurchased and cancelled 1.27 million of an allowed 5.62-million shares.

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.03 to $1.16 on the TSX.
