01:09 PM EDT, 05/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TrueContext ( PPRRF ) said Thursday 1000827877 Ontario Inc., an entity controlled by Battery Ventures, bought all of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company at $1.07 in cash per share.

With the completion of the deal, the shares are expected to be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange at the close of trading today and it is expected that TrueContext ( PPRRF ) will cease to be a reporting issuer under applicable Canadian securities laws.
