11:39 AM EST, 12/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Entourage Health ( ETRGF ) , a producer and distributor of cannabis products, on Monday said it has entered into an agreement to be taken private by entities related to the LiUNA Pension Fund of Central and Eastern Canada (LPFCEC).

The purchaser, who will acquire Entourage shares for $0.005 cash per share, will also settle Entourage's debts totalling $1 million in debentures through the cash payment of $250,000.

Entourage Health ( ETRGF ) is down 50% to $0.005, on the TSX Venture Exchange.
