10:19 AM EDT, 06/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Entravision Communications ( EVC ) said Friday it has agreed to sell its digital advertising representation business to Aleph Group.

The deal has been approved by the Entravision board and is expected to close by the end of June, the company said.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Entravision shares were up nearly 3% in recent Friday trading.
