01:21 PM EDT, 03/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Enveric Biosciences ( ENVB ) disclosed Monday a series of common stock purchase agreements for a total of 228,690 common shares through a direct offering with several unnamed institutional investors.

The shares were issued for an at-the-market rate of $1.41 apiece, Enveric said in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said it will not receive any of the proceeds from the direct offering under a prior agreement with the investors who agreed to exercise warrants at a price below their original price.
