05:30 PM EST, 03/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Enviri ( NVRI ) said late Wednesday it is terminating the waiting period for the sale of Clean Earth to Veolia Environnement early under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976.

Termination of the waiting period satisfies a closing condition necessary for completing the transaction, the company said.

The company said it expects to file a proxy statement for the Clean Earth sale with the Securities and Exchange Commission later this month.

The closing of the Clean Earth sale is expected in mid-2026, subject to customary closing conditions and shareholder approval, the company added.
