08:49 AM EST, 01/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EnviroGold Global ( ESGLF ) on Friday said it upsized its unit offering to $4 million, from the previous $2.5 million, due to strong investor response.

The company will now issue up to 4,000 units at $1,000 each. Each Unit will consist of $1,000 of unsecured convertible notes and 11,112 common share purchase warrants. Each 24-month warrant can buy a share at $0.08.
