EnviroGold Global Restructures Leadership Ahead of Commercial Plant Deployment

04:41 PM EDT, 06/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EnviroGold Global ( ESGLF ) after trade Tuesday announced key executive appointments to support its upcoming commercial launch.

Grant Freeman has been promoted to deputy chief executive officer, and Royston Denysschen has been promoted to chief operating officer, according to a statement.

Freeman, who previously served as the COO, will now focus on converting opportunities into revenue-generating contracts and building relationships with partners and investors, the company said.

Denysschen, formerly the commercial director, will now lead the company's Rapid Deployment Pathway, oversee commercial operations, and implement operating discipline across the organization, it added.

Founder and CEO David Cam will continue leading the company while also heading a new division focused on new products and developments, the company said.

"These appointments provide EnviroGold with the leadership strength and experience required to successfully launch its first commercial operating plant and establish a strong foundation for future growth," Chair Paul McRae said.

EnviroGold shares closed up $0.005 to $0.10 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
