09:21 AM EST, 02/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EnviroGold Global ( ESGLF ) on Thursday said it will raise $4 million via a non-brokered private placement.

The company will issue units at $0.10 each, with each one comprised of one share and half a warrant. Each two-year warrant can buy a share at $0.12.

Proceeds will be used to repay the principal and interest due from the 2023 convertible note financings and for general working capital purposes.

EnviroGold expects the first tranche of the offering to close about Feb. 19.
