10:32 AM EDT, 08/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Envirotech Vehicles ( EVTV ) said Wednesday it will implement a 1-for-10 reverse stock split of its common shares later in the day at 5 pm ET.

The company said its common stock is expected to start trading on a split-adjusted basis on the Nasdaq Capital Market when trading opens on Friday.

Shares of Envirotech Vehicles ( EVTV ) were down 21% in recent trading.
