05:27 AM EDT, 04/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Enviva ( EVA ) said late Monday it has been notified that it is not in compliance with the New York Stock Exchange's listing requirements due to the delay in the filing of its annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31.
The company said the notice has "no immediate effect" on its common stock listing on the NYSE. It has six months from April 1 to file the Form 10-K with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company, which on March 12 filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Code, expects to file the annual report within the stipulated six months.
