EnWave Signs Commercial Licence with Hokkai Yamato of Japan

10:43 AM EDT, 03/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EnWave ( NWVCF ) on Wednesday signed a new royalty-bearing, commercial license agreement with Hokkai Yamato Foods Japan, which manufactures soups, and Japanese snacks and has also purchased a 10kW Radiant Energy Vacuum machine for continued product development and early-stage commercial production for the Japanese Market.

Under the Commercial License terms, Hokkai Yamato has been licensed to use EnWave's ( NWVCF ) technology to produce several product types in Japan. Hokkai Yamato will pay a royalty commensurate with certain other existing licenses granted by EnWave ( NWVCF ).

EnWave ( NWVCF ) was last seen down $0.005, to $0.23, on the TSX Venture Exchange.
