11:38 AM EST, 11/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EnWave ( NWVCF ) on Wednesday said it signed a royalty-bearing, commercial-license agreement with Shinyway International, a service provider of cannabis processing, based in Christchurch, New Zealand.

A statement noted that, under the commercial-license terms, Shinyway has been licensed to use EnWave's ( NWVCF ) patented Radiant Energy Vacuum (REV) technology to produce cannabis products in New Zealand.

The company said that Shinyway will pay a royalty commensurate with certain other existing licenses granted by EnWave ( NWVCF ).

The company added that it "intends to continue working closely with Shinyway to ensure optimal product development success."

The company's shares were last seen up $0.02 to $0.40 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
